This is a privately owned service with no affiliation with a government body, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections department. Neither this service nor its advertising partners provides a consumer-reporting, investigative, credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening service. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA, and its information may not be used for any FCRA-covered purpose.
Purpose and Official Boundaries
Wasatch County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service. It does not store government jail, booking, court, or custody records, and it cannot verify current custody, release a person, post bond, or file documents with an agency. It points readers toward documented official sources and independent search tools.
An official public-records request is decided by the responsible government entity under Utah's Government Records Access and Management Act, not by this service. The Wasatch County GRAMA page is the appropriate county route for a records request.
Acceptable Use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. You may not use it in a manner that harms people, interferes with the service, or violates another person's rights.
- Do not use information to stalk, harass, threaten, or otherwise harm anyone.

Third-Party Links
Links may lead to Sheriff, jail, court, corrections, government, legal-information, and outside search resources. A link is provided for convenience, not as an endorsement. We do not control the content, data handling, availability, pricing, or terms of an outside service, so review that service's policies before using it.
Service Provided As Is
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that its content or a partner's results will be complete, accurate, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on the service is an official statement by the Wasatch County Sheriff's Office, the Wasatch County Jail, Utah Courts, or another government agency.
Limits of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or an outside link.
Your Duty to Indemnify
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the service and its owners, operators, and partners from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the service or your breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
The service's text, graphics, logos, design, and code are owned by Wasatch County Busted Mugshots or its content partners and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission, except where law allows.
Changes and Access Revocation
We may change these terms at any time, and revised terms take effect when posted. We may also limit, suspend, or revoke access to the service at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
Utah Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court located in Utah, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
Severability
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
